As Admin Executive, the individual will responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s fixed assets and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures that assets are properly recorded, maintained, and utilized while also overseeing the inventory management, verification, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in asset efficiency, manage asset tracking, and maintain seamless coordination with procurement and other departments.
Job Description:
- Fixed Asset Management: Lead the management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate documentation, maintenance, and efficient utilization across the organization.
- Asset Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of assets including records, transfers, sales, disposals, scrapping, and other related processes.
- Asset System Maintenance: Maintain and oversee the daily operations of the asset management system, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information at all times.
- Inventory Management: Conduct mid-year and year-end inventory checks across the organization’s asset network, ensuring all assets are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
- Monthly Asset Verification: Perform monthly audits and verification of the organization’s assets, ensuring consistency and compliance with established policies.
- Idle Asset Optimization: Identify and promote the utilization of idle assets to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and minimize asset losses.
- Documentation and Filing Management: Review asset and material-related documents, ensuring accurate filing, management, and audit readiness.
- Material Issue Resolution: Address material discrepancies and track material complaints, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage warehouse records, including overseeing in-and-out processes and maintaining accurate accounting of materials.
- Warehouse Inventory: Conduct regular warehouse inventory counts, ensuring all items are properly stored, accounted for, and efficiently managed.
- Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement team to track and manage material deliveries, audit receiving documents, and update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset and warehouse management.
- Strong organizational and auditing skills.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
