Your Role
As our Sales-Driven Catering Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business development, creating memorable experiences for our clients and bringing their vision to life. This role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Catering Sales: Identify opportunities to expand our client base and actively pursue new leads. Generate proposals, conduct presentations, and close deals that align with client needs and company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, customizing our offerings, and ensuring their events are seamless and memorable.
- Operational Oversight: Manage event logistics, from menu planning to staffing, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Collaborate with Culinary Teams: Work closely with our chefs to design menus that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics and report on performance, sharing insights and ideas for improvement with the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in a catering or sales management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Sales Savvy: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences.
- Organizational Skills: Able to juggle multiple events and projects without missing a beat.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident in presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with clients and team members alike.
