This role need to manage outbound calls and emails from external customer, internal department’s enquiry via emails and Custom Agents for the portfolio.
They will play an important role in: -
- Prepare the Customs Duty and Tax documentation (K1, K2 & K8) and make explanation to customers on the duty tax and other customs issues.
- Respond to customers enquiries based on feedback from SF customs agent on a timely manner.
- Responsible to ensure duty tax collection on shipment from customers prior customs clearance.
- Responsible to provide administration support between customer and gateway team.
- Prepare, follow up, verify and submit Query Sheet document on shipment.
- Prepare report on daily basis to record all activities.
- Perform any tasks assigned from superior and management from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Good phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and good listening skills.
- Basic salary + Allowance (Variable) + Incentive (Variable)
- Has knowledge in K1, K2 & K8 declarations.
- Working days and hours:
Monday and Friday: 8:30am to 5:30 pm
Alternate Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
