We are looking for Customer Service Officer / Assistant at Taman Sea, Petaling Jaya.
Job responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day operation and administration of the clinic.
· Manage the daily patient flow of the clinic.
· Make, manage & monitor the scheduled appointments for the clinic.
· Involving in cashiering, patients complain or perform other administration duty as assigned.
· Any other jobs or duties as assigned by the immediate superior as and when required.
Requirements:
- At least have Diploma in Communication or any other related disciples, or knowledge in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and analytical skills and telephone etiquette.
- Able to handle customers’ complaints and difficult situations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
