We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the market. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the product, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Identify and target new customer segments and markets to expand our client base.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Build and maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
· Attend relevant events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop new offerings and tailor existing products to meet customer needs.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for business collaborations and partnerships with other organizations and business owners.
Client Relationship Management:
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
· Understand client requirements, address concerns, and propose effective solutions.
· Conduct regular presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (academic, experience, competencies etc.)
· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
· With at least 5 years of relevant working experience in sales & marketing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact with clients.
· Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet the timelines.
· Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being independent, proactive, meticulous, data-driven with creative problem-solving skills are key to grow within the organization.
· Willingness to travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
