PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose / Objective:

• To manage and coordinate multiple projects under the Company and Group of Companies.
• To check work progress to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications & monitor project compliance with respect to company and authorities' requirements.
• To liaise with authorities, architects and internal departments involved in the project.
• To monitor, track and provide timely project reports to Management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• To attend coordination meetings and visit all stakeholders in each project.
• To coordinate construction adjustment with regards to design changes & material used to ensure company’s decision is carried out at site.
• Assist to prepare management reports, letter of awards, and other necessary reports as required.
• Assist in preparation of feasibility studies & business proposals when required.
• Assist Management in any assigned ad - hoc tasks to achieve business goals.
• Assist in property development matters from land acquisition, planning & design, implementation, handover and defect liability period.
• Assist in project planning and monitoring renovation progress.
• Coordination of work, progress and meeting with contractors, ID and sub-contractors.
• Liaising with authorities, property agents & solicitors.
• Timely, responsive and effective communication with Management and all stakeholders.
• Undertake all other ad-hoc matters assigned by superior.
• Must be person of high integrity and maintaining it in all business dealings.

Requirement:

• Candidates must possess at least a Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Property Development, Project Management or equivalent.
• Candidate has background in Facility Management
• Required skill(s): Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player, meticulous, able to multitask, meeting deadlines, and able to handle pressure.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to go onsite / offsite independently, occasional outstation and travelling is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
