The Transport Admin Coordinator shall be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Tracking diesel consumption for all company vehicles versus data in GPS Live.
  • Accurately recording all diesel transactions, including purchases, and usage into designated systems.
  • Maintaining detailed logs and generate reports on diesel usage.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to diesel usage.
  • Reporting any discrepancies or irregularities in diesel usage immediately to the supervisor.
  • Any others duties which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
