· Ensures Purchase Orders, receiving DO and Invoices are matched

· Ensure completeness of supporting documents submitted for payments

· To receive and process all invoices, expense claim and requests for payment

· Reconciling the suppliers’ statement ready for payment

· Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner

· To maintain and reconcile the associate company account in accurate

· Ensure proper documentation, records and filing of all AP and AR statements and invoices

  • Monitoring of monthly A/C Receivables (AR) and A/C Payable (AP)
  • Prepare Debit Notes, Credit Notes and Contra Notes

· Perform banking transactions and reconcile it

To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.

· Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Independent, with good interpersonal skills able to communicate with all level employees
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, presentation slide, SQL

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
