Designation: Customer Service Executive (Food Delivery) - Mandarin Speaker

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working hours: Rotational 24/7 shift, Monday - Sunday (5 days a week)

Salary: RM 3,000 (basics) + RM 300 KPI allowance + RM 300 - RM 500 night shift allowance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Mandarin and English.

Responsibility:

  • Attending to user fronting and back-office processing works via online chat, support email, CS voice support, or tickets in relation to the following matters.
  • Handling pre online booking enquires, post online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
  • Payment or Refund Escalation.
  • App or web user guide and feature support.
  • Contacting vendors about customers’ inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
