Responsibilities:
- Perform admin duties such as filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports, prepare invoice and etc.
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing system effectively.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.
- Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software.
-Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Responsible and committed to work and able to work in a team
-Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Full-time position available.
-Working days- Monday - Friday and Saturday (9am-1pm)
Salary - based on qualifications & experience( will discuss during interview)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)
