Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, you are responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing strategies and plans for Tealive retail stores nationwide, mainly in 3 channels: shoplots, shopping malls, petrol stations. The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for local market brand development within a channel.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions to achieve sales objectives.
- Own the development of POSM based on different store layouts to improve campaign visibility.
- Identify sales gaps and work with the respective Operations Managers to propose close gap measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tactical promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet objectives, and make recommendations for future promotions.
- Monitor competitive activities and submit monthly report to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes
- To support all new product launches via planograms, in-store visibility drive and timely roll-out in the trade.
- Jointly responsible with other team members regarding deadlines / lead time required for promotions, pack / price changes, new products, POSM and others in order to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
Other responsibilities:
- Relationship management of selected corporate partners to build joint business plans and sales of B2B vouchers.
