Business Administration Role

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence and scheduling.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conference, and travel arrangement (when necessary).
  • Assist in maintaining and updating organizational databases and records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Personal & Interpersonal Competencies/Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent and responsible way of working.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to multitask.

Other competencies/skills/requirements

  • Confident working with MS office.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English is essential (written & spoken.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
