Business Administration Role
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence and scheduling.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conference, and travel arrangement (when necessary).
- Assist in maintaining and updating organizational databases and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation needed.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Personal & Interpersonal Competencies/Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent and responsible way of working.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to multitask.
Other competencies/skills/requirements
- Confident working with MS office.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English is essential (written & spoken.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
