Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor sales branches’ sales administration task.
  • Verification and submission of sales invoice.
  • Handle sales order with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support and assistance to Sales team.
  • To perform any others task as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • More than 1 year of Sales Administration/ Accounts experience.
  • Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good in mathematic.
  • Computer literacy is compulsory. Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to communicate independently and correspond with branch supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
