Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor sales branches’ sales administration task.
- Verification and submission of sales invoice.
- Handle sales order with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support and assistance to Sales team.
- To perform any others task as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin/ Accounting or equivalent.
- More than 1 year of Sales Administration/ Accounts experience.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good in mathematic.
- Computer literacy is compulsory. Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to communicate independently and correspond with branch supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
