The Corporate Writer will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for internal and external communications. This role is integral to supporting the Business and Development Department in articulating corporate strategies, proposals, and business growth initiatives. The Corporate Writer will ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding, values, and objectives, with a focus on the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop, write, edit, and proofread corporate communications including business proposals, presentations, letters, reports, and newsletters.
  • Craft technical documentation and industry-specific content that resonates with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Assist in the creation of content for digital platforms such as websites, and social media aligned with the oil & gas and general industry trends.

2. Business Proposals and Development Content:

  • Collaborate with business development teams to create compelling proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, RFP responses, and investor relations content.
  • Ensure that all business development content is clear, persuasive, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.

3. Corporate Messaging and Branding:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent corporate tone of voice that reflects the company’s mission and values in the oil & gas and general industry.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

4. Industry-Specific Reporting:

  • Write comprehensive reports, white papers, and case studies on developments within the oil & gas and general sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and global market conditions to integrate relevant information into communications.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop communication materials for internal and external stakeholders, including employees, investors, and industry partners.
  • Provide content for speeches, presentations, and other communication forms used in corporate events, conferences, and investor meetings.

6. Digital and Social Media Content:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop content strategies for social media channels, ensuring a strong corporate presence.
  • Create engaging articles and social media updates that reflect industry expertise and corporate initiatives.

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all written content adheres to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards within the industry.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in all written communications to reflect the company’s professional standing in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
