he Engineering Technology Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to students in engineering technology fields. They will guide students through theoretical and practical aspects of engineering technology, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their careers.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of engineering technology training programs, aligning them with industry standards and student needs.
Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and laboratory sessions on various engineering technology topics, including:
Electrical engineering technology
Mechanical engineering technology
Electronics engineering technology
Computer engineering technology
Practical Training: Supervise and assist students in hands-on laboratory exercises, projects, and internships to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop practical skills.
Assessment: Develop and administer assessments (e.g., exams, quizzes, projects) to evaluate student learning and provide feedback for improvement.
Student Guidance: Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters, helping them set goals and navigate their educational journey.
Industry Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure training programs are relevant and prepare students for successful careers.
Professional Development: Continuously update their knowledge and skills through professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and webinars.
