1) Job Purpose

To carry out all duties related to credit administration activities and to ensure that the progressive billings are issued within the specified timeframe and payments to be collected as targeted.

2.Principal Accountabilities

- Follow up closely with purchasers, solicitors and bankers via phone calls, emails, letters or reminder letters.

- To follow up closely with HQ to ensure that no delays in execution of documents.

- To ensure printers, paper, letterhead are all in order.

- To ensure all documents are in order and without errors.

- To immediately check the documents upon receipt.

- To immediately study the case & revert to superior before response to purchaser.

2. Qualification

Level of Education: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

Years of Experience: At least 3 years working experience

Discipline/Related Field: credit admin.
