Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Talent Acquisition/ Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to driving our global hiring strategy, with a strong focus on hiring in regions such as APAC, Dubai, and Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within an MNC or recruitment agency environment, demonstrating expertise in sourcing top talent and managing recruitment processes. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as this role involves communication with Chinese candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding for roles globally.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s global objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and leverage global networks to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruitment process.
- Be involved in recruitment administration, including maintaining accurate candidate records and documents, job postings, and interview scheduling.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
- Professional or Mass hiring experiences are welcomed.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Recruitment agency experience is a plus.
