Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for solar projects within the company.
- Oversee project management and site supervision, handling operational and technical administrative tasks.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities (such as SEDA, ST, and TNB), contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct engineering site surveys for solar PV system installations, including project feasibility studies.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.
- Plan and schedule Solar PV installation projects.
- Prepare costing budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and scope of work (SOW) method statements.
- Prepare requests for quotations (RFQs), compare offers, and award contracts to EPCC contractors and suppliers.
- Manage operations and maintenance of PV systems.
- Responsible for testing and commissioning of PV systems.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification is required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of GCPV or OGPV Design accreditation, or willingness to obtain these accreditations.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and safety standards related to solar systems.
- Demonstrates initiative and is able to resolve and prevent issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
