JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. To assist Restaurant Manager to integrate and coordinate the work process of the entire operation team.
2. To execute planning, organizing, leaning and controlling process in order to deliver quality products, friendly service, cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere to customers.
3. Ability to perform any of the People Handling Skill – Training, Coaching, Support and motivating
JOB REQUIREMENT :
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Able to communicate, read and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. At least 2 years working experience in the food / hotel industry, with minimum 1 year at supervisory level.
4. Good in executing 4 basic functions – Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling.
5. Ability to perform any of the People Handling Skill – Training, Coaching, Support and Motivating.
6. Basic understanding of HR Management – Recruitment, Selection, Counselling and Discipline.
7. Able to work on shift and long hours when required.
8. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

WORKING HOUR :
45 hours on six-day work week basis. The working hours, schedules and rest days for the outlet employees will be arranged and determined by the Outlet Head on a roster basis in accordance with the Company’s operational policies.

Old Town White Coffee (1 Jalan USJ 10/1J, UEP Subang Jaya, 47620 Selangor)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
