- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to promote car models, special offers, and financing options.
- Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, provide vehicle recommendations, answer inquiries, and persuade customers to book appointments for showroom visits or test drives.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, customer information, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Customer Service: Address any questions or concerns from potential buyers and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential customers to encourage future sales and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with the car sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff for showroom visits or car purchases.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Present marketing plans and results to senior management.
- Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders and influencers.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
