  • Check shipment and delivery schedule.
  • Liaises with related department, transporters, forwarders, carriers and other shipping personnel.
  • Book the trucks, check vessel sailing schedule and request booking confirmations.
  • Follow up Production Packing List, COA and any required shipping documents.
  • Prepare and sign Invoice, Delivery Order for finished goods.
  • Prepare Gate Pass, Singapore IG Permit etc.
  • Prepare export documents Invoice, Packing List, SI (Bill of Lading) and Bank documents.
  • Prepare Lampiran GPB if required.
  • Prepare Certificate of Origin and get approval from FMM / MITI etc if required.
  • After delivery & shipment, Invoice and DO (Account copies) to be given Account Department.
  • Courier Export documents to customers if required.
  • Files Shipping Documents.
  • Requested quotation for Air and Sea shipment if requested by customers.

Background / Experience / Skill / Training
- SPM or above.
- Works with Freight forwarders, transporters, carriers & shipping personnel
- Excellent computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, Email)
- Shipping Incoterm

-Experience working in LMW environment are an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

Preparation of shipping documents and understanding of shipping processes.

Answer and respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues.
Solving shipping issues with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
