Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management through proactive client acquisition and retention.
- Generate new leads and expand the client base in the printing and merchandise industry, including SME, government, private sector or corporate, and educational sectors.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer the best printing solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process, including post-sales follow-ups.
3. Consultative Selling:
- Offer expert advice on printing products and services, such as marketing materials, merchandise, corporate gifts, banners, and custom printing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients to showcase NTS Printing's capabilities and services.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies that align with current industry demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
5. Quotations and Proposals:
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals based on client requirements, including pricing, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring profitability for the company.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve products, services, and customer experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the printing, advertising, or promotional products industry.
- Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and technologies (e.g., inkjet printing, offset printing, digital printing, screen printing).
o Knowledge of market trends in printing, merchandise, and corporate gifts.
- Language Proficiency:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Ability to convey technical information about printing processes in a clear, concise manner.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Technical Literacy:
- Proficiency in using sales management software (e.g., CRM systems), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic design tools.
8. Problem-Solving:
- Capable of handling complex client requirements and providing creative solutions that meet their needs.
