We are looking for a Market IT Performance Specialist to examine all aspects of IT performance including value, operational effectiveness and efficiency, compliance and risk measures of IT in the Market.
A day in the life of...
- Enable the market to improve IT capabilities over time, maximize business value and alignment and maintain the best value for money and time to market.
- Support product groups to deliver continuous value to their IS/IT customers and consumers.
- Responsible for overseeing, managing and analysing the value delivery of IT portfolio for the market
- Responsible for the quality of market application portfolio.
- Review for compliance, transparency and optimisation of IT vendors Performance for the market.
- Responsible of compliance and transparency IT assets to maximize business value delivery and value for money.
- Improves IT ways of working, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advises and assists FRM's on breach in value or adoption of IT products.
- Provides FRM's and Market BRM advice and support in developing change, major incidents and crisis management communication strategies.
- Facilitates improvement projects to drive change.
- Showcases and advocates change and transformation and improvement mindset.
What will make you successful
- A university degree in business management, IT, or a related discipline
- 3-5+ years of experience in IS/IT organizations or working with them
- Experience implementing change, continuous improvements and ideally transformation in a complex organization
- Hands-on experience of continuous improvement
- Creative problem solver with the ability to complete root cause analysis and complex correlations across complex data sets
- Good experience at data modelling and visual dashboard and analytics products
- Excellent communication skills (visual and verbal), and very strong interpersonal and influencing skills (externally and internally at all levels)
