Responsibilities for Admin Recovery

  • Assist Manager & Head of Department with day-to-day operations and work of Admin Staff.
  • Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties including, the management of internal and external mails.
  • Assist in preparation of reports.
  • To attend to inter departmental requests and ensure inter departments relationship are well maintained.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: SPM/Dip/Degree.
  • Experience in Recovery Industry in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in system – Debt Management System(preferred but training will be provided).
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and thorough.
  • Good time management and organizational skill.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to start work immediately is preferred.
  • Preferably someone specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
