Digital Marketing Senior Executive for our busy Restaurant.
Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Senior Executive will lead social media and digital communications across key platforms, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and follower growth. This role will manage all aspects of digital content creation, customer interactions, and online reputation management to drive traffic and enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, tailored to increase follower engagement, reach, and traffic.
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and interactive content to maintain a strong online presence.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and comments, ensuring a positive brand experience and high response rate.
- Content Creation & Visual Branding:
- Lead the design and production of visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and stories for social media platforms.
- Conduct product photo shoots and manage digital artwork to maintain a cohesive and appealing visual identity.
- Design posters, announcements, and other promotional materials to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Digital Communications & Reputation Management:
- Oversee Google Reviews and other online review platforms, responding to customer feedback to enhance online reputation and build trust.
- Handle all digital communications, including social media announcements, engagement campaigns, and promotional messages.
- Campaigns & Product Launches:
- Collaborate with the team on new product launches and digital marketing campaigns, aligning with brand goals.
- Plan and execute marketing announcements and promotional activities to engage the audience and drive sales.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and adjustments to improve engagement and follower growth.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and improve strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital communications.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) and experience with social media management tools.
- Strong creative, visual, and communication skills with a proven track record in building online communities and managing digital reputation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
