What is the opportunity?
Shared Services - Data Service Delivery provides security Masterfile as well as pricing data to RBC I&TS core business systems globally. The activity is covered on a 24/5 basis through a The Sun model with a presence in Asia, Europe and North America.
You will be supporting Europe region, working hours would be between 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.

Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Shared Services - Data Service Delivery provides security Masterfile as well as pricing data to RBC I&TS core business systems globally. The activity is covered on a 24/5 basis through a The Sun model with a presence in Asia, Europe and North America.
You will be supporting Europe region, working hours would be between 3pm-12am or 4pm-1am. However, flexibility is required to support business needs.
What will you do?
- To provide direction and support to a team of Pricing Analysts focusing on security pricing and client instructions which impact valuations, and client statements.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met, implement client specific requirements, and develop workable customized solutions for clients as required.
- Ensure that all securities are priced where possible and delivered via our various applications (IPS, SPS, Trust, Global Plus, Milvus) in order to meet our client needs and supported via various SLA (Service Level Agreements), Controls and Procedures, and Quality Plus.
- Additional responsibilities include training, streamlining processes where required and staff management.
- This position is the key point of contact for clients for clarification of instructions.
- Providing a high level of service by responding to all client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe in order to maintain the company's image and strengthen client retention
- Ensuring that all securities are priced at month-end in order to produce complete and accurate client statements from custody platforms
- Responsible for verifying and confirming with pricing suppliers and other pricing sources all pricing data not meeting the required tolerance levels for the entire database
- Establishing communication networks with all business units for the receipt of pricing data

- Strong knowledge of markets and securities
- Capacity to juggle between priorities and manage pressure
- Efficient time keeping
