Responsibilities
1. Revisit the relevant HR policies
2. Develop relevant HR Standard Operation Procedures
3. Training need analysis and plan for the yearly training programme.
4. Revisit the Remuneration Package of the Group of Companies.
5. Employees safety and health
6. Recruitment, counselling and termination process
7. Man power planning
8. Participation during the Due Diligence Exercise of IPO.
9. Ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
1. Diploma in relevant discipline
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences
3. Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 4 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin / Cantonese (Preferred)
