  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts

2. Cash in and cash out checking for daily and weekly.

3. Performing transaction Key in and checking.

4. Preparing documents for management account (Account Payable, Account

5. Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

6. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of accounts

7. Monitor bank balance, cash flow position and fund placement

8. Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

9. Answering queries and provide solution.

10. Execute direct task from superior.

11. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements

12. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bank and company secretary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
