Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective and efficient data assessment, preparation, transformation, and visualisation
- Gather, interpret and document business user requirements regarding data and analytics
- Maintain an understanding of the data architecture around the department and relationships between various sources of data
- Proactively engage with the business function to understand, prioritise and communicate analytics needs that will lead to improved business outcomes
- Contribute to explore, define and design optimal analytic solutions in supporting end-to-end planning processes (e.g. demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning)
- Working closely with technical team to develop, test, train and deploy data analytics solutions
- Actively participate in data governance, architecture, integration and change management alongside business stakeholders and domain experts
- Be a resource for various business groups, assisting with on-going and ad-hoc requests for information and insights, evolving understanding of where analytics can add value Present insights and findings to varying levels of stakeholders

Required:

- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adopt to changes well
- Intermediate experience with SQL and data modelling Experience of using BI and wrangling tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, VBA) in delivering business and operation insights
Preferred:
- Qualifications in a STEM related discipline or APICS certification
- Exposure to supply chain operations or management functions
- Previous experience within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry
- Experience in different phases of the data project lifecycle - ideation, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user training and deployment
