Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview/assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions.
  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records upon the completion of each hire.
  • Conduct or assist with new hire orientation when needed.
  • Assist HR manager with monthly payroll process thoroughly.
  • Support HR department in relevant or ad hoc HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences / etc
  • Basic understanding in the field of HR would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, and a proactive attitude.
