  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including taking minutes, assist in writing business proposals and presentations
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on all matters
  • Manage and organize confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filling system for smooth data retrieval
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
  • Provide support and administrative for office certification documentation preparation.
  • Assist in difference departments administrative tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Private Secretarial Certificate or a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, BM and Mandarin
  • Computer literate with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web meetings.
  • Internet and social media savvy
  • Organized, systematic, able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Work location at Petaling Jaya with easy access to LRT, public transports
  • Interested candidates are required to submit complete resume stating current and expected salary, contact numbers together with a passport-sized photograph.
