- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support including taking minutes, assist in writing business proposals and presentations
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties on all matters
- Manage and organize confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filling system for smooth data retrieval
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
- Provide support and administrative for office certification documentation preparation.
- Assist in difference departments administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Private Secretarial Certificate or a Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar role
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, BM and Mandarin
- Computer literate with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web meetings.
- Internet and social media savvy
- Organized, systematic, able to multi-task and prioritize work
- Work location at Petaling Jaya with easy access to LRT, public transports
