Royal Selangor is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with customer-centric skills to join our retail team and provide our customers with an unforgettable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company's objectives.
- Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Other skills: Time management, people skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
