Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Intern to join our team, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in either Store Operations, Planning, or Human Resources. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals and will be exposed to various tasks and projects that contribute to the overall business operations.

Responsibilities

Depending on the department, the intern's duties may include:

Store Operations

- Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and customer service.

- Support the team with visual merchandising and display setup.

- Participate in monitoring sales trends and preparing basic sales reports.

- Help coordinate store events and promotions.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Planning

- Support the planning team with data collection and analysis.

- Assist in creating reports related to sales forecasts, inventory levels, and product performance.

- Participate in market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis.

- Help with the coordination of new product launches and seasonal planning.

- Assist in tracking key metrics and KPIs to support business decision-making.

Human Resources

- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

- Support employee onboarding processes and training coordination.

- Help maintain HR records, documents, and employee files.

- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

- Participate in organizing employee events and training programs.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Supply Chain,or a related field.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
