MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1) Oversee the daily activities of maintenance operators, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
2) Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
3) Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
4) To implement time management to maintenance staff.
5) To implement with SOP’s in all aspect of work.
6) Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
7) To assist in developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdown.
8) Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchasing spare parts and maintenance services.
9) To implement HSSE / 5S housekeeping at all times in order to work in safe and conducive working environment.
10) To be Internal Auditor on company ISO certification program
11) To perform any others duties as assigned from time to time by superior.
Explore and adopting continuously maintenance of the machines to minimize environmental impact.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
