Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary:

Diamond Key International Group is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. This role will oversee HR practices and processes across our international operations, ensuring alignment with our global business goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department managers to attract top talent, support employee development, and implement effective HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract, select, and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Partner with department heads to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions aligned with company standards.
  • Manage all recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming and thorough introduction for new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development planning with managers.
  • Conduct investigations as needed, handling disciplinary actions in a fair, consistent, and confidential manner.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:

  • Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive, fair, and compliant practices.
  • Oversee payroll processing and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Regularly review market data and make recommendations to align compensation and benefits with industry standards.
  • Manage employee leave policies and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal requirements.

Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that reflect company values and ensure compliance with local and international laws.
  • Stay informed of relevant employment laws and regulations across all regions of operation.
  • Conduct training and workshops on company policies, diversity and inclusion, anti-harassment, and safety protocols.

Learning & Development:

  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and provide training resources.
  • Implement programs to promote career progression and continuous professional development.
  • Organise leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipelines.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyse HR data to track and report on key metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities and performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in a global or multi-national organization is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and international labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
