Provide day-to-day IT support on hardware, software, and infrastructure for the main / branch offices located in Taman Teknologi Johor (Senai).
Responsibilities
· Perform IT support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination, and escalation.
· Provide hardware and software maintenance support to users and on-site system health check.
· Provide troubleshooting, individual end-user training on system functionality.
· Onsite/remote setup computers and software system installation.
· Documentation of any identified problems using the ITIL problem process.
· Troubleshoot during the system outage and coordinate the resolution between the infrastructure and application team.
· Provide communication during system outage or degradation to end-users.
· Work with third-party vendors to resolve system or network issues.
· Provide day-to-day IT support on hardware, software, and infrastructure for the main / branch offices located in Taman Teknologi Johor (Senai).
Qualifications
· Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support.
· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in helpdesk support.
· Experience in user, server and network supports.
· Knowledge in MS Windows 10, MS Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Email Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V / VMware Virtualization, Veeam Backup, TCP/IP etc.
· Self-motivated, strong problem solving & analytical skills.
· Good teamwork spirit, open mind, and communication skill.
· Willing to learn new technology and skill .
· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
