Job Scope:

- Interact professionally with Astro customers via calls, providing helpful information and assistance. (No sales required)

- Handle escalated complaints or requests through Service Requests and Trouble Tickets.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualifications: SPM/O-Level with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, or a Diploma with 6 months of customer service experience. Fresh graduates with a Degree are also encouraged to apply.

- Experience in live chat customer service roles is a plus.

Working Location:

- Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral

Working Days:

- Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off)

- Rotational shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM and 10 AM - 7 PM

Compensation:

  • Basic salary: RM 2,000 to RM 2,800, plus KPI of RM 200.
  • During the first 5 months of probation, the basic salary will be RM 1,800, plus RM 200 KPI.
  • You will receive an additional RM 200 upon completing training, with the potential for up to RM 400 KPI during the first 3 months based on performance and attendance.
  • Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation bonus of RM 3,500 (full amount).
  • Salary increments will begin after the 6th month.
