DIET CLERK (HOSPITAL AMPANG)

• Willing to work at Hospital Ampang
• Ensuring dietary orders or additional dietary orders from the ward taken and recorded over the phone.
• Responsible for answering all incoming calls from parties ward related to diet orders or problems from the ward.
• Responsible in the process of calculating the amount of food for patient.
• Write the menu on the white board in the kitchen along with the order amount for the menu to facilitate the preparation process smooth
• Ensure the amount of food calculation for each menu is accurate.
• Send the count for each menu to the officer on duty for checked before writing on the whiteboard.
• Fill out the diet delivery form to be given to the waitress in charge of diet delivery.
• Issuing late order tickets if additional orders are made.
• Fill out and ensure the diet clerk form is accurate and complete along with the food order form.
• Give a good response with the ward especially when answer the phone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
