Job Description:
- Manage Branch Sales Performance
- Coach & lead the sales force to become good performers
- Manage Sales & Operation matters at Branch level
- Comply with Company's guidelines and procedures
- Work closely with Regional office to achieve high level of customer service
- Work together with the Regional office and achieve Regional Sales target
- Positive relationship with customers & full knowledge of automotive market
- Sales & operation Knowledge to help Sandakan hit sales & NSSS target
Qualification and Education:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- Executive Master in Business Management
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in automotive industry/related.
- 10 years sales management experience in automotive industry
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
- A proven track record in automotive industry sales performance.
- Good methodical and structural approach to selling.
People Knowledge / Skills:
- Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Willing to adopt performance – driven sales culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
