Job Description:

  • Manage Branch Sales Performance
  • Coach & lead the sales force to become good performers
  • Manage Sales & Operation matters at Branch level
  • Comply with Company's guidelines and procedures
  • Work closely with Regional office to achieve high level of customer service
  • Work together with the Regional office and achieve Regional Sales target
  • Positive relationship with customers & full knowledge of automotive market
  • Sales & operation Knowledge to help Sandakan hit sales & NSSS target

Qualification and Education:

  • Possess a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Executive Master in Business Management

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales management experience in automotive industry/related.
  • 10 years sales management experience in automotive industry

Technical Knowledge / Skills:

  • A proven track record in automotive industry sales performance.
  • Good methodical and structural approach to selling.

People Knowledge / Skills:

  • Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
  • Willing to adopt performance – driven sales culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
