About the Job
Our client, a Swedish brand with a flagship store in Pavilion KL and additional locations in Shanghai, Taipei, Osaka, Tokyo, and Malaysia, specializes in premium customization of Apple products, offering luxury cases for Apple Watches and iPhones, as well as jewelry and accessories. While not affiliated with Apple or an official reseller, the brand enhances Apple devices with exclusive designs, and Apple does not provide support or repairs for these products. We are looking for a Junior Store Assistant to deliver high-quality customer service, manage transactions, and support overall store operations, making this position perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys engaging with clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and helping customers choose products to improve their shopping experience.
- Efficiently process transactions, handle different payment methods, and upsell products to meet sales goals.
- Keep track of stock levels, help with inventory counts, and ensure stock displays are well-organized.
- Assist the Store Manager in gathering customer feedback, preparing simple reports, and supporting in-store promotions.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
