Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Your designs will be used across various platforms, including digital and print media, to enhance our marketing and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, is proficient in graphic design software, and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the various project teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media graphics, website layouts, and more.
• Develop and maintain our brand identity by ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design elements.
• Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information and inspiration for design projects.
• Collaborate with other team members, to ensure cohesive and effective communication of brand messages.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our website by creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Retouch and enhance images to optimize visual impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design principles, layout, and typography.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of printing processes and requirements for various media.
• Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design and user experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
