Fugee Org is a leading non-profit providing refugee education services in Malaysia. Fugee School is the heart of the organisation, established to ensure no child would be left out of school due to their refugee status.

Fugee School is looking for a dedicated and highly organised Senior School Admin Executive to join our team. This key role involves managing the administrative functions of our school to ensure smooth operations and effective support for both staff and students. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and attention to detail, helping to maintain an efficient school office and a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the school office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

2. Staff Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and technical support

to teachers and other staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining staff records.

3. Student Administration: Manage student records, enrollment processes, attendance, and other student-related administrative tasks.

4. Communication: Act as a liaison between the school and parents, handling inquiries and providing information as needed.

5. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

6. Policy Implementation: Ensure that school policies and procedures are followed and assist in the development of new policies.

7. Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and special events.

8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with educational regulations and prepare reports for school management or external agencies.

6. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with school management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting. .
  • Knowledge of educational regulations and school policies.

[Working Arrangement]: Full-time 5 days a week

[Salary Range]: RM3,000 to RM4,000, commensurate with relevant experience.
