  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

1. Degree in related computer science principles

2. 5 years experience in

a. Web / app release management operating model

b. IT software delivery (in-house team)

c. technical or functional related role in banking systems by in-house team

3. Good knowledge in scrum techniques & artefacts, i..e DoD, stories, backlog, etc

4. Able to resolve problems creatively

5. Proficient in using GitHub, Jira & Confluence or related release management tools

6. Strong interpersonal & collaborative skills as well as highly effective communication skills

7. Organised, detail oriented & thorough

8. Strong desire to help improve processes & mentor others KPI

9. Meeting GT & BNM SLA & reliability indicators

10. Enabling more reliable releases to customers

11. Achieve NPS 3 from internal feedback on release management coordination
