Job Responsibilities:
- Manage foreign worker accommodations, including hostel arrangements, medical check-ups, permit and passport renewals, and immigration documentation.
- Oversee compliance with validation protocols, such as those required by DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and other local authorities.
- Coordinate Puspakom inspections and handle the renewal of insurance and road tax for company vehicles.
- Assist in liaising with government agencies, including SOCSO, KWSP, JTK, LHDN, Fomema, Immigration, and others.
- Coordinate with contractors for the maintenance of company facilities.
- Provide administrative support, including managing refreshments, uniforms and ordering office supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field
- Fresh Graduate with good attitude are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and teamwork
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- With minimum maintenance skill will be an advantage
- Working location - Johor Jaya (Mon - Fri)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
