Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage foreign worker accommodations, including hostel arrangements, medical check-ups, permit and passport renewals, and immigration documentation.
  • Oversee compliance with validation protocols, such as those required by DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and other local authorities.
  • Coordinate Puspakom inspections and handle the renewal of insurance and road tax for company vehicles.
  • Assist in liaising with government agencies, including SOCSO, KWSP, JTK, LHDN, Fomema, Immigration, and others.
  • Coordinate with contractors for the maintenance of company facilities.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing refreshments, uniforms and ordering office supplies.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field
  • Fresh Graduate with good attitude are welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and teamwork
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • With minimum maintenance skill will be an advantage
  • Working location - Johor Jaya (Mon - Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
