Job Scope :
Day to day operations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll
- HR paperwork, benefits, etc.
Employee Relations.
- Handle routine employee relation
- (HR queries , leave management, conflict resolution etc )
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure that HR policies, safety standards ( OSHA ) and compliance measures are implimented effectively.
Project management
- Oversee ant related HR projects, eg
- Training sessions, employee engagement programs
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 2-5 years of experience in related field
- Excellent interpersonal and coomunication skills,
- Conflict resolution and problem solving abilities
- Preferred qualities : Strong Ethic, Adaptability and attention to details.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
