Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
- Assists the F&B sales team by coordinating client meetings, events, and other engagements
- Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposal, and menus for client meetings.
- Update and maintain client records , manage CRM entries, and follow up on leads.
2. Event Planning & Execution:
- Works with clients to understand their event requirements and recommend F&B options
- Coordinate with kitchen, service and logistic teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee setup, catering arrangements, and post-event reviews to gather feedback.
3. Order Management & Customer Service
- Process orders, manage booking schedules, and follow up with clients on their needs.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, event changes, or customer preferences.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service.
4. Reporting & Perfomance Tracking
- Track sales perfomance , prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, and analyse trends.
- Assists management in budgeting, forecasting and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide insights into customer preferences and competitor offerings.
5. Marketing & Promotion Support
- Assist in developing promotional materials, menus, and marketing content.
- Collaborate with marketing on social media, events, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.
6. Administrative Duties
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and maintain event-related documentation.
- Ensure contracts, proposal and other documents are accurate and up to date.
- Adhere to F&B policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Education
Diploma or Degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
- Experience
At least 1-2years of experience in food & beverages sales, event coordination or hospitality.
Skills :
- Excellents communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of F&B industry standards and trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
