  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Contract duration: 3 - 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia. Can renew the contract or convert to permanent.

Location:

  • Pavilion, Bukit Bintang

Working Hours: 5 days work per week, 8 hours per day, schedule & shift subject to store requirement (Morning / Mid / Afternoon shift)

Job Purpose:
The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the boutique team in customer experience, create sales opportunities and deliver extraordinary service that surpasses client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
  • Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty
  • Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors in every aspect of the sales process
  • Promote a culture of service excellency within the boutique
  • Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customers to keep them engaged with the brand
  • Ensure inventory is properly maintained, secured and accounted for via regular stock-takes and product maintenance
  • Assist in organizing and implementing regular, in-store marketing activations

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a luxury environment
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with positive outlook
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with a diverse client base
  • Good communication skills in English and the ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
