Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan
Working day & hour: Mon - Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract duration: 8 months under PERSOLKELLY

Duties:

  • Employee Services resource aligned to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee service & Benefits specialism accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively and always provides excellent Customer services, ensure all key deliverables are achieved for Employee Services & Benefits scope
  • Is expected to execute Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee Services & Benefits requests sent by the CoE or Business HR as well as answers complex Employee queries related to Employee Services scope
  • Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to manage the processing of data changes, entry, and workflow within technology solutions
  • Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
  • Maintains data configuration ensuring employee data sync between SuccessFactors and other HR systems (ServiceNow , Docusign, PeopleDoc)
  • Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately
  • Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts
  • Provides Employee Services & Benefits related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are executed and aligned to client's business strategy and resourcing needs
  • Works closely with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support assigned by Line Manager and Operation Lead
  • Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR technology lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data
  • Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Experiences with SuccessFactors is an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
  • Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possesses high degree of professionalism, patient, and grace in servicing clients
  • Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player
  • At least 1.5 years of solid experience from the HR Shared Services industry/Employee Services
  • Willing to support on Public Holidays on a rotation basis
