Job Scope:
- Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Salary: RM 2000 + RM 300 allowance + OT
Working Hours: Earliest shift 8AM, last shift ended by 11 PM.
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 off days (rotational)
Working Location: Plaza Sentral

Requirements:
1. Minimum education qualification is SPM (pass BM, BI and Sejarah).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Open for those who do not have any experience in call center.
4. Good communication skills in BM and BI.
5. Able to multitasking.
6. Convenient to work in rotational shift.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
