Position: Logistics Coordinator (Export Import Operations Advisor)

Company Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Working Location: Port Klang

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8AM – 5PM)

Working duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: RM6,000 – RM9,000 (based on experience and qualification)

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Degree holder and equivalent work experience in Shipping, Logistic, Customer Service, Supply Chain operation
  • Candidate must good in communication, influence, leading others skill as required to engage with stakeholder
  • Candidate good to have warehouse operation and planning experience
  • Candidate must good in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
  • Candidate must familiar with Customs Tariff & AFTA
  • Candidate good to have JDE experience (for order receiving)
  • Candidate with strong leadership to oversee third party operation
  • Working arrangement will be 100% on Port Klang site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and Execute Export Import Operations including Export Order handling, Load Planning, EXIM
  • Documentation, FTA application, Customer complaints handling, adhering to International Trade
  • Regulatory, Country and local policy and to ensure meeting customer’s expectation as per agreed
  • Service Level agreement.
  • To Manage internal and external stakeholders including logistic partners to coordinate day to day
  • operation activities. Liaising with forwarder, shipping lines, planning, production & warehouse to ensure the schedule shipment is executed as per planned.
  • Responsible for efficient operation to achieve EXIM operational KPIs defined.
  • Accountable to support in keeping the primary transport spend intact & also driving the cost competitiveness initiatives defined by management.
